Whatever Wednesday

I’m that person who always wants what they don’t have. I always said I wanted a friend, and now I have friends, and I’m hanging out and talking to friends, but the one friend I want to speak to the most now is the busy one. And I feel bad cause I’ll be like:
“no one wants to talk to me,”
and then someone says, “I’ll talk to you,”
and I’m like, “No, not you. I talk to you all the time”.
I only want to talk to the one I can’t talk to. It’s the same way when I go places. I’m like, “I wanna go to the fair,” and then 4 hours later (it’s a huge fair), I’m like, “I don’t want to be here anymore. I wanna go home”. That’s why my family calls me Sheldon, because just like Sheldon…… It’s hard to make me happy, but I don’t think it is. If I get whiny, just buy me ice cream and tell me to shut up. 9 times out of ten, it will work, especially if it’s a soft serve twist; those are the BEST….. Ugh, now I want ice cream. I can’t help it though; I don’t like doing things I don’t like to do. Like food, I’m not a picky eater, but there are lots of foods that I like, but I only like them when I’m in the mood to eat them. So usually, I just say I don’t like anything because it’s easier than explaining why I don’t want to eat it.

Dude, Korean is so hard. Sorry, I call everyone dude, even my mom sometimes, but she gets mad when I do. Anyway…. Learning Korean is so hard. There are so many words, and I keep getting them confused with each other because they rhyme. It’s super fun but frustrating because I have so many new words to learn that I’m afraid I will never remember them all. Granted, part of it is because I should study every day. But I don’t want to, which sucks because I can’t complain about it being hard because it would be easier if I just worked a bit harder. Life is so much work I hate it. I’m sorry I’m so whiney today. I’ve had a great day which means I’ve been in such a good mood, and I haven’t whined about anything today, and I’m too negative to ever not complain about stuff. I think this is the worst Whatever Wednesday I’ve ever written. Sorry, but I’m also not sorry because I can’t write whatever I want on Whatever Wednesday, so even if I do feel sad for anyone who read all of this, I’m not sorry for what I wrote. I can’t whine to other people because they complain. Even if you complain, I won’t be able to hear you, so it’s all good.

I should talk about something of value. Aha! Red pandas are so cute. I love them so much with their adorable little raccoon faces and fluffy tails. I wish I could have one as a pet, but it’s illegal. I guess I’ll just have to stick to my dog. I’ve always wanted to have a bearded dragon, chinchilla, or poison dart frog. Their poison comes from the poisonous ants that they eat in the wild, so in captivity, they are safe. At least that’s what I heard) but they are all so much work. They are like a cheap horse that you can’t ride or teach tricks. It’s so hard to keep up with them, and I hate keeping my own area clean, let alone a frog or lizards, so it would never work out. I’m so tired.

Which reminds me, am I the only one who feels like BTS needs a vacation like yesterday? They have been like touring for almost an entire year straight, it seems like. I mean, I love them, and I love their music, but I can wait a few months. I get exhausted every time I hear about them. It’s like, “y’all are awesome, but go do nothing for at least a week, please.” Army is super chill; we can wait. You know how all groups have that tiny week or two ‘fallen off the face of the earth’ period between tours and comebacks where you forget about them for a sec? I can’t remember the last time they weren’t on tour apart from the release of their new album. Or maybe I just missed it because I’ve been watching too many dramas.

For real, though, there went from being no new dramas to so many I can’t keep up. I feel like I’m the best of kdrama watchers; I just finished one, and now I have 2 more I’m keeping up with and another that I am trying to finish. Plus, now that I have friends, they are taking away from my drama-watching time. Which is a horrible thing for a human beings to say about their friends, but it’s true. That being said, it’s just an observation, not a judgment. I don’t really care that much because talking and hanging out with friends is just as fun. Even though it is making it harder to keep up my shows. #firstworldproblems. On the bright side, we have all solved the mystery of my lack of Korean vocabulary study sessions, but I recognize more words and phrases in the shows I’m watching, so surely that counts for something.
Good night everyone who is reading this at night. Sorry about the spelling and grammar errors. This one wasn’t written ahead of time, so there was no proofreading. I just wrote and posted. See you next time! Hopefully, next time will be the first installment (look at me using fancy words) of my new K quotes series. That’s the plan but I also planned to get some cleaning done and that didn’t happen either so who knows? Not me. 안녕히 겨세요!!!
